According to the statistical analysis of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, in May 2026, diesel internal combustion engines sold 479700 units, a month on month increase of -10.20% and a year-on-year increase of 19.64%. The cumulative sales volume from January to May was 2.5111 million units, a year-on-year increase of 11.59%.
