Inverter shell solution
High quality milling tools suitable for different processing purposes have been prepared for the processing of aluminum alloy shells. No need for non-standard customization, the price is cheaper than non-standard products and there is no need for customization time.

We provide high-quality drill bits specifically designed for aluminum alloy processing, as well as drill bits for edge chamfering. In addition, an integrated non-standard composite drill bit solution can be provided based on the workpiece material used.

Multi edge angle universal face milling cutter
The unique 14 blade angle blade can use double-sided, low cutting resistance dual positive angle blade types and multi blade designs to achieve efficient machining. At the same time, thicker blades support high load machining such as large feed rates compared to previous models.

Face milling cutter with adjustable cutting edge for cast iron machining
The independently developed double-sided Z-shaped blade combines the characteristics of previous positive and negative angle blades. Although it is a negative angle (double-sided) blade, it achieves low resistance and good cutting sharpness. In addition, adopting a C-surface shape can suppress the cracking phenomenon that is prone to occur during cast iron processing. Thus achieving low resistance blade and tip oscillation adjustment function, achieving good machining surface and production efficiency.

Efficient face milling cutter for precision machining of aluminum alloy and cast iron
Featuring a multi blade design for ultra efficient machining (VF ≥ 20000mm/min, aluminum alloy), this series features a combination of large adjustment screws and fine adjustment nuts to ensure precise adjustment after multiple regrinding. The front swing of the cutting edge (below 5 μ m) can be easily adjusted with high precision. Additionally, this series offers a wide range of disc styles and blade types to meet different working conditions and workpiece materials. Aluminum alloy PCD blades can be regrind with a maximum regrinding amount of 0.6mm, which is cost-effective.
